At Meredith Lodging, we value our Realtor partners and strive to make the referral process as easy as possible. Taking care of your clients is our top priority and once referred, our Business Development team will reach out to engage with your buyer and provide them with the highest level of customer service. Our goal is to ensure your client receives professional and customized care while maximizing the revenue of their vacation rental home.
Step 1
Connect your client with the Meredith Lodging Business Development Team. You can reach us at 866.996.7498. We can provide a customized gross revenue projection for your client/listing.
Step 2
Fill out the form below.
When your client signs with Meredith Lodging, we will pay you $1,000 for a Signature Collection home and $2,000 for a Luxury Collection home. Payment will be made 30 days after a signed contract and first booked reservation (terms and conditions apply, call us for additional details).
Step 3
Would you prefer your referral bonus, or a vacation on us?!? Some of our Referral Partners prefer to receive their bonus as a vacation credit toward a stay at one of our properties. If you are interested in this option, please email Partner@MeredithLodging.com.
*In the event both seller’s agent and buyer’s agent submit a referral request for the same home, the amount will be split evenly between the two agents.
