Parking: 3 Cars Maximum, No Boats, RVs, etc. The Property is limited to a specific amount of off-street parking, as outlined in the Property description. -Maximum Occupancy of 6. The number of people (including children and infants) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. -The wood-burning fire pit is available to guests (outside of county burn ban periods), but guests must provide their own wood. The gas fire pit under the gazebo is non-functioning. -This is a dog-friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges. Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. *Each home is individually owned.
