The number of people (including children and infants) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. This is a dog-friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup. *Guests are advised that SHARC passes are subject to a meticulous inventory count prior to check-in and immediately after check-out.
