I have had the pleasure of working with Meredith for over 2 years. At the time I bought my property I had both onsite property managers and other third parties available as options. I selected Meredith based on their “owner first” mentality. I have found the Meredith team to be professional and responsive. Meredith has delivered peace of mind in two primary ways:

The first is guest experience. Meredith responds to all guest needs and is able to manage and accommodate any issues that arise when guests are onsite. From day to day guest needs to property issues during a stay Meredith is responsive and attentive to guest’s needs thereby taking that burden off my shoulders.

The second is in home management. Meredith knows local resources in the community who provide common, and uncommon, home maintenance needs. Meredith has helped me coordinate HVAC repairs as well as wildlife deterrents for my property. In all cases the recommended vendors have been professional and timely in whatever circumstance they are addressing.

We have been working with Meredith Lodging for over 5 years. We have had increasing revenues each year from our property. Our house stays rented year round and the rents have been going up.

We do not live close to our rental house. Meredith handles all of the maintenance and customer issues so we do not have to travel to make sure our house is still standing.
